Heavy lifters aren’t the only ones who suffer from a hard day’s work – millions of others are victims of aches and pains caused by the stress of sitting improperly for too long.

The goal of this presentation is to help people who sit on the job reduce the strain they put on their bodies, thus increasing their productivity.

You will learn how to minimize the causes of physical stress on the body due to poor posture and improper utilization of the work area, through:

Creating an “ergonomically correct” workstation

Sitting up straight and properly using your back rest

Using correct techniques to avoid carpal tunnel

Reducing glare and eyestrain

Stretching your neck and back throughout the day
